The purpose of the Society shall be to make available, display, publish historical information including Past, Current, and Future Boy Scouts of America Camps of Eastern North Carolina, to preserve and to protect historical information including manuscripts, documents, photographs, and memorabilia.
The Society will develop, establish, and operate a museum at Camp Boddie or at another appropriate location; and to encourage fellowship among Scouts and Scouters based on a knowledge of the rich local, national, and international history of the Boy Scout of America organization.
Regular Members: All regular members of the Society shall be current with their annual or lifetime dues and will be permitted to vote for officers. Click HERE to learn about the different levels of Memberships and join our Mission.
Honorary Members: The Executive Committee of the Society shall bestow honorary membership upon individuals at its discretion.
Junior Members: Youths interested in the activities of the Society, as well as historical preservation, are non-voting members.
